Certified Field Support Technician (CFST)

Field Support Technicians who administers face-to-face customer support represent the entire organization and must provide excellent technical and customer support. It is essential that Field Support Technicians offer world-class customer care with every contact. The Certified Field Support Technician course will focus on the importance of the Field Support Technician's role as well as STI Knowledge Best Practices for troubleshooting, escalation, customer and peer follow-up, and efficient documentation. Participants will learn how to build a collective customer support strategy and the Field Support team's role in this strategy.
